Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at exchanges@nevadnever.com. Include your order number and a few photos showing the issue with a description, so we can review it.

Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item if needed and will send a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Please Note

• We only accept exchanges or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong size, or wrong color.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or normal wear and tear.
• If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
