Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship out orders through ups within 3 business days of your order. Delivery times range from 3-10 days. We do strive to deliver your product quickly, but due to high order volumes delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. So, during holiday seasons orders should be placed early to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

Required Signature:

Residential shipments do not require a signature in most situations. If for some reason your package does require a signature upon delivery, and no one is available to sign for it, a note will be left informing you of the attempted delivery. After 3 attempted deliveries your package will be returned to Nevad Never. 

 

Email Conformation:

Once we ship your order out the tracking information for your order will be sent to your email.
